Craft Your Inner Chef: Rolo Sandwich

If you have a sweet tooth and are adverse to turning on the oven in the middle of a scorching summer, this home-made product is for you. Rolo sandwich. It's easy to make and tastes incredible unless, you're not into gooey, sweet & salty, chocolaty deliciousness.


Recipe:
Total time 5 minutes.  The biggest pain is unwrapping each Rolo.
How to:
1 bag of Rolos
1 box of Ritz type crackers
Place crackers on a plate, salt side down. Place one rolo on each cracker. Microwave for 20-30 seconds to soften but not fully melted. Remove from microwave and immediately top the Rolo with a second  cracker. 

Eat 'em hot or cold
