Craft Your Inner Chef: Thai Iced Tea Popsicles

Even though the weekend weather forecast calls for rain, I want to make these Thai Iced Tea popsicle treats. They sound so creamy and rich with an interesting combination of spices.

Good Morning America featured these the other day. They seem simple enough using regular popsicle molds instead of that giant Thai freezer thing. What is that? Wonder if they sell it at the dollar store ;)

1 quart water
24 regular tea bags.
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground clove
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

How to:
Bring water to a boil in a 2-quart pot. Cool 10 minutes. Add tea bags, steep for 15 minutes. Remove tea bags then pour into a large pitcher. Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, vanilla, salt, clove, and cardamom. Stir until well combined.

Pour into mold, then freeze!

Quite frankly, if I'm feeling lazy, I'll just buy them.
