Craft Your Inner Chef: Roasted Cauliflower with Lemon and Parmesan

When I tell you this recipe is to die for it means I'm writing this posthumously. Bahaha.  Bad humor.
Honestly it's right up my alley. Healthy, simple and delicious. (Inspired by Poppy Talk)

Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
2 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/2 teaspoon aleppo pepper or 1/4 tsp chili pepper flakes
A good grind of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400F.
Cut cauliflower into small pieces.

In a large bowl, mix cauliflower olive oil, lemon juice, aleppo pepper, black pepper and salt. (If you put it all together in a container with a lid and give a good shake or two everything will mix together nicely.)
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until brown on one side. Stir cauliflower around, sprinkle with a lots of Parmesan cheese. Continue to bake for another 10 minutes.
