Craft Your Healthy Habits: Six Pack Abs in Just 4 Minutes

In my efforts to reduce everything I've been doing to make life more manageable, I found this little gem of an exercise from Yuri Elkaim (first on ITunes as a podcast, then on You tube). Six pack abs in 4 minutes. Now, I don't know how long it will take to achieve this goal but I'm willing  to supplement my current tummy exercises with these.
