Craft Your Healthy Habits: 4-Minute Cardio Blast Workout
4 minute ab exercises are underway. Haven't yet achieved a six pack, but I'm still motivated to make the effort. With that said, I'm adding a little more to my routine. Not too much to make me nuts, but enough to fulfill my daily exercise quota.
I'm not forgoing "real" exercise, but on those days where I just can't pull it together, these will be great supplements.
